At Lumiere Natural Therapies, we understand that unexpected events happen. To better serve all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

1. Cancellations made one week (7 days) or more prior to the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations made between 24 hours and one week (7 days) before the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund.

3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that any fees associated with cancellations will be deducted from the refund amount.
